Registration

Register for the 2024-2025 academic year!

 

 New students can join at any time! Maximum class size is up to 6 students so space is limited. Please fill out the registration form and we will schedule an assessment for class placement. If you sign up within 24 hours of consultation, the assessment fee will be waived!

2024 - 2025 Schedule

Regular classes start on Aug 1st and end on May 30th.

Registration Process 

There are 3 parts to registration.

Complete the Registration Form

Click the register button and complete the form. Please read through our policies on attendance, expectations, and requirements carefully. Lastly, please indicate which program in your are interested.

Placement Assessment

After filling out the form, you will be contacted to schedule a placement assessment for your child. This reading & writing assessment will gauge where the student's reading comprehension level and find areas in need of improvement. There is a $50 assessment fee that can be waived upon enrollment. This fee is non-refundable if the assessment is cancelled once scheduled.

Consultation

We will call you to discuss your child's results and recommend suitable programs to meet your child's needs. Any information about your child's scholarly achievements, learning habits, or progress at school is welcome to help us better understand how we can help. If you have any requests, please share them during the consultation.

After you pay for tuition and registration, a Welcome Email will be sent out within 2-3 days to confirm your child's enrollment into the program. 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Can parents enter the center? 

No unless an in-person appointment was scheduled in advanced to keep traffic at a minimum when classes are in session.

2. Where are classes held?

In-person classes at our center located in Irvine and online classes.

3. How many students are in a class?

Typically sessions include 3-5 students, with up to 6 students maximum. Our low student-to-instructor ratio ensures each students gets the focus and attention they need to succeed.

4. Do students get homework and how can I check their progress?

Yes, students receive a reasonable amount of homework. Progress reports are available after every session on our member portal.

5. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for the MathPlex tuition if you enroll in both ReadingPlex and MathPlex.

 

6. Can I get a refund if my child does not like the class and does not want to attend the program anymore?

Our cancellation policy is to give us a 1 week notice before cancellation of the program or there will be a cancellation fee of $50. Once billed, there are no refunds.

7. How long is each billing cycle? 

1 month.

8. My child can't make it to a session today - what should I do? 

Our attendance policy is to alert us 24 hours prior to the session date and time or the session will be charged in their billing cycle. When alerting an absence 24 hours prior, we offer a makeup session (once a month).​​

Are there any materials my child needs before class? Students will need their own Google account to sign up for Google Classroom. Please make sure it is NOT the school account. For reading, students will have to purchase the assigned books. For writing, students will need to bring a laptop or electronic device
