Policies & FAQ

Important information about our programs, policies, and frequently asked questions

Student Policy

All students are expected to come prepared for class with necessary materials and completed homework assignments. Active participation and respectful behavior are required at all times.

Students should arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Repeated tardiness may result in reduced instruction time.

We foster a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is crucial for student success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.

If a student must miss a class due to illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.

Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences, subject to instructor availability and advance notice.

Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations: Classes cancelled on the same day will be charged in full unless due to emergency circumstances.

24-hour notice: Cancellations with at least 24 hours advance notice may be eligible for a make-up session or credit, subject to availability.

Program withdrawal: If you need to withdraw from a program, please provide at least two weeks notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup Policy

Students must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time of their class or session.

For safety reasons, students will only be released to authorized individuals listed on their registration form.

Late pickups (more than 15 minutes after class end time) may result in additional charges.

Payment Policy

Tuition payments are due at the beginning of each month for that month's sessions.

We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer. Please make checks payable to "ReadingPlex MathPlex."

Late payments may result in a late fee and/or suspension of services until payment is received.

A registration fee may be required for new students enrolling in programs.

Billing Cycle for 2025-2026

Tuition is billed monthly, with invoices sent at the end of each month for the following month.

Payment is due by the 5th of each month. Sessions begin after payment has been received.
